International Convention Centre
The International Convention Centre (ICC), at one of the emerging nerve centres of Pune Senapati Bapat Road - is promoted by Pune's august Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) a private enterprise of industry leaders.

Technically sound, energy efficient, aesthetically appealing buildings complement each other. The proposed built-up area is approximately 2.2 million sq ft, and comprises three major offerings:

Location Of The Project
ICC Trade Tower: is registered with Software Technology Parks of India, comprises. of office blocks and showrooms, with World-class facilities - in the most 'intelligent' ambience conceivable only in developed countries. ICC Trade Tower has a total development size of 475,000 sq. ft., floor Plate of 60,000 sq. ft., multi-level parking system with 2 level basements.
ICC Tech Park : Two office blocks of 150,000 sq ft and 170,000 sq. ft. each, with large floor plates of 20,000 sq. ft. (Approx.)

S L Kirloskar Convention Centre: Has an open-air exhibition ground, an art gallery, function rooms, auditoriums, a 320 room five-star hotel, shopping mall and entertainment areas on the lines of international standards.

The project is being designed by architects - SAA from Singapore, RKA from Delhi and P G Patki and Associates from Mumbai. The design, the concept and the facilities offered in the ICC Trade Towers will transform Pune's skyline and put Pune on the map of the world. Only two other convention centres worldwide, one in Shanghai (China) and the other in Dusseldorf (Germany) compare with ICC.

In addition, the project will accommodate various business support requirements, and a range of other value additions designed to make this a truly South Asia's largest composite trade and convention centre.

Location Of The Project
On the regional scale, the site is nestled in the heart of the lush green city of Pune, with the mountaintops as a backdrop. Senapati Bapat Road, Pune's IT & commercial hub already houses major multinationals like BMC Software, Persistent, Fusion Technologies, Siemens, I-flex, Syntel and others. Educational institutes in the vicinity are Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, The Law College, Institute of Management Research & Development to name a few. The site is located at a distance of approximately 6 km. from the Pune Railway Station, 12 km. from the Airport and 8.5 km from Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Location Map>>
